The meaning of Yoga is to unite, to feel the connection between consciousness and body. The essence of the philosophy behind yoga is that body and breathing is intimately connected to the soul. This connection gives a feeling of awareness and helps us experience inner harmony and balance.
Since Yoga is personalized to the individual, it can be practiced by everybody, regardless of age and state of health.
The Indian Yoga has an old tradition and has been practiced for more than 5000 years. Ever since then, this discipline has traditionally been orally passed down from teacher to student. The Master of Knowledge Patanjali was the first one to write down the secrets of yoga in Yoga Sutra, approx. 400 BC

Dinuri offers Yoga classes within Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga, as well as classes in Samyama Mindfulness Meditation in Stockholm, Sweden. Please contact Dinuri for further details regarding the classes, or private session in English, both for individual and groups.
